These annual payments are give you a bundle of minutes. Each time you contact us we deduct from this in 15 minute increments and most of our support calls are dealt with within the first 15 minutes (and we often use fast and encrypted tools that enable us to help you remotely) and we are told that our clients get significant value from this.
Should you use up your bundle further minutes can be purchased at any time and you can call about any issue at all: we can advise on a relevant CRM package for a small business just as easily as giving help with which digital camera will fit in best with your lifestyle and budget.
*On-site support is available on Level 3 and above. Time on-site is billed at 90 seconds per minute.
