Face to Face Digital used low-cost yet reliable systems to support this client, who runs her own business from her home. We reduced the cost of her computing and maintenance in her office by removing unnecessary hardware with expensive software licenses (most notable the server) and substituting robust and low maintenance file storage alternatives (like a multi-disk network attached storage box). With further tweaks and training on her systems we were able to offer her increased ease-of-use and space efficiency.
Integration with Blackberry and Microsoft Office has been enabled as well as a further layer of security with off-site internet backups.
